Here's your bill

Hi Alexa Wilson

Your bill for this month is attached and your balance due for payment on 28 Aug is $325.91 . If your total balance is lower than $5.00 no payment is required. To make a payment visit Your 2degrees.

Your account number is: 1093013. You 'll need to reference this when paying your bill by Internet Banking.

You can find out more about your monthly bill here.

A new CSV report of all of your transactions

You now have even more visibility of your mobile usage. Every month when your bill is generated, a CSV file will also be generated for all transactions made on your account that month. The CSV file can be found in 'Your 2degrees' under Your Bill.

The CSV billing file contains all transactions that are included in your 2degrees bill. This includes detailed transactions such as each call, text or data session. It also includes any value pack purchases, payments made and any debit or credit adjustments.

Find out more about how to read your CSV file here.

Hi Jessica,

There is no point contacting me by phone as the time difference is 10 hours so you wont be able to contact me within working hours for you. Winz rang my old nz sim at 4am a few weeks ago. If you just send me the document in a pdf format that i can open there will be no problem paying online. I have tried to open this document on pc computers in internet cafes and it is the same as my mac, it asks for a password to open it.

Please send me the correct format so that i can make a payment of the debt i owe. Also when i told winz before i left Nz to update my contact details the person i spoke to said that wasnt necessary although i asked twice, knowing that i had a small debt to pay.

Warm regards,
Alexa Wilson
